Spring is on its Way!

I love days like today...

Love love love!

I ventured outside during my lunch break, and it is just so refreshing to not freeze when you walk out the door, and have the sun shine down and illuminate everything.

It is safe to say I survived another Winter without losing my mind, and for that I am Thankful!

Well... an update on life, I suppose, is in order.

Wedding plans are sort of on hold for the time being. I have everything Major done that needs to be done... Reception Hall, Check! Church Book, Check! Wedding Dress Bought, it came AND I have had my First Fitting already, Check!!, Bridesmaids have all tried on their dress, Check! (and I LOOOVE them!)

We have done a tasting at the Trestle Stop, and have decided what food we will be having (SO DELICIOUS!)

My Invitations are being worked on right now, and should be completely done really soon! :)

I know how my centerpieces will be done, I just need to keep buying vintage Jars.

We know who will be Doing our Candy Bar, we just need to make a decision on what Kind of Candy we would like :)

We have also started Pre-Marital Counseling :) We have only gone once so far, but we will be going again on Sunday!

I also know how I will be doing the Place Cards :)

As you can see... everything is Well under way... But I have decided that I can not do any more wedding things until this semester is over.

The semester will be done at the end of April, and I think I can survive not really focusing on Wedding plans until then. School is just the most important thing right now, and I would like to finish strong and not be distracted.

Spring Break just finished up, so I am back at it this week, but I am ready to buckle down and finish out the Semester on a good note :)

Everyone deserves a little Time off.

True statement, Everyone deserves a little time off. Time off from work, time off from the everyday Ho-Hum of life.

Yesterday, I took a Day Off from work and it was AMAZING! I needed it so bad. Sometimes everything just gets to be too much, and I feel like screaming at the top of my lungs "STOOOPPPP!!!!" and just take a giant Pause from everything just to retreat because I can't go on any longer.

Since I took the day off from work, Kris and I were able to go with my Mom to cash a check of mine, and go and pick out what our Handsome Groomsmen will be wearing at the Wedding! First we scoped out Men's Warehouse and what we found there was super nice, but a little pricey and not exactly what we were looking for. So, then we went to JCPenny to check out some things, for a some lunch at the food court, and then Headed out to Dunhill tuxedo on 28th st. There, we found Exactly what we were looking for, at the perfect price :) It was such a good feeling to get another thing checked off the list.

After we were finished there, we went to Hobby Lobby and bought everything for our escort cards that we will make, and bought Table # card holders, and letters and paint for our candy bar words, and a couple other various wedding things. It just made me feel so good. Things are staying on track.

I just need to make it through April 28 and I will be a happy lady. School is my number one stressor right now. Just trying to juggle all the things I need to do, and when school is done it will free up so much time to focus on everything I want to be focusing on :)

I am just trying to keep my head up and plow through each day, knowing that I am one more day closer to a brief stress-free life :)
